- Total data used (e.g., 2019/03-1000TB; this information is automatically calculated and collected when you connect CloudVPN)
- User geodemographics (we use your IP address to derive your location(city-level) only, then we will delete your IP address immediately. Please keep in mind that we do not store your original IP and we can not share it to anyone no matter what happened)
- Analysis of our servers(e.g., sites visited via our servers from all users, it is data mixed from our tens of millions users. we do not attribute any website visit or app usage to any specific user.)
This information helps us to understand our user better and in product planning, to further improve the user experience and user satisfaction.
When you try to sign in or sign up on our website, we may collect your original IP address which is deleted automatically in 5 minutes to prevent Brute force. Please note we can not see the IP address or download it during the 5 minutes. That means we can not share it to any one.
VPN CONNECTION DATA

- Network type (e.g., 4G; this information is collected when users send us the “Network analysis” report, which helps us to determine the cause of connection issues.)
This information is used for troubleshooting, VPN service optimization ONLY, all the information WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ERASED PERMANENTLY from the system after 96 HOURS.

- Analytics data (e.g., App crash report, in-app page engagement; this information is collected when using the CloudVPN.)

This information helps us to track the performance of the app and certain features and to provide necessary support to sustain our free VPN service, please note that we do not share the information that you provide to CloudVPN with the third party advertisers. However, advertisers may be able to collect certain information independently from you or your device when serving ads from the CloudVPN, including your device’s advertising ID.
